This exhibition is like no other. Jamie Caven (rising PDC star), Zoe Jones (Europe’s Ladies Youth Winner), Kirk Shepherd (world championships finalist 2008), Dennis Smith (established BDO & PDC player) and Mark Hylton (2 times Winmau world masters county winner) all face each other in a round-robin format, with the top two going head-2-head in the grand final.

All the action on stage, with international MC and 2 large screens displaying all the board action and scores. The players will be assisted to the stage by the Diamond Dazzlers whilst their walk-on song is blasted out throughout the room. This is going to be a great night of darts entertainment, just like Sky Sports' Premier League Darts.

Members of the audience can also win a chance to play one of the players on stage before the final and loads of other prizes and cash to be won on the night itself.

Tickets are just £6 each if you book a group of 10 or are a UK darts member. Single tickets are priced at £8.

TD Events presented the first The Premier Night of Darts on Friday 16th October at the Stechford Social WMC in Birmingham. 5 players, Jamie Caven, Kirk Shepherd, Dennis Smith, Mark Hylton & Zoe Jones, featured in a ‘sky sports’ themed evening of darts, complete with walk-on songs and girls and large screens on stage. The round-robin competition which was played on a best of 4 legs basis produced a fantastic display of darts and fun from all the players involved. The top two of the final league standings went head-to-head in the final, which saw Dennis Smith take the title beating Kirk Shepherd 4-1 in a best of 7 legs match. Several members of the audience won raffle prizes ranging from chocolates to signed darts shirts and one lucky lady got to play Jamie ‘jabba’ Caven on stage in a single leg of 301, with Jabba playing without his own darts and on his knees; Jamie just about managed to win finishing on ‘mad-house’. £100 was raised for The Birmingham Sports Argus Darts Team during an auction for a Phil ‘the power’ Taylor darts shirt which was signed by all 5 players from the event. The match board was also signed by the players, which will be auctioned during The Birmingham Argus Sports Darts Team’s next match in Bromsgrove.

I believe the rules prohibit a player from throwing their darts whilst on their knees so the lucky lady was the winner.
