hi mate when did u start playin darts and how old were you when u won yer first trophy/tournament? if u didnt play darts what other sport would u think u b good at?

I first started playing when i was 11 years old and started in the youth with Merseyside. My first tournament win was the Lancashire Open 2000 where i beat Darryl Fitton in the final, i was 15 years old. If i didnt play darts i would probably still be playing Football. I was actually quite quick when i was younger and a lot slimmer and was the captain of my local team Field Lane where i played centre Midfield.

Hey bullet just a quick 1 4 ya my darts have started 2 dip and going a lil bit of target ppl have told me get heavyer/lighter darts and also my arm is starting 2 drop after practisin 4 2hours am i practisin 2 much

Hi Stephen what weight are your own darts m8 and were you involved in the make and design of them

With Martin Adams turning down his GSODarts invitation and Scott Waites taking his place how do you think Scott will do and would you like to play in the GSODarts and how do you think you would do. I have watched a good deal of darts over the years and apart from Taylor I dont think there is a lot to choose between many of the other players both PDC and BDO do you think I am deluded? Thanks.

Hi James,

My darts are made from copper and do tend to lose weight very quickly. I am throwing with about 14.9gram at the minute but am planning on using the 15.5 gram darts i had made in the future.

I designed my new darts around my old one.

Some may say you are practicing too much, Maybe just practice in spells I.e for 30 mins then break then an hour or 2 later another 30 mins

As for changing your darts, i dont think you will need to do this. The more practice you put in the better the darts will feel and the better you will play.

I think Scott can go all the way, there is no reason why not. He is a good friend of mine and a quality player and i wish him all the best.

As for me one day playing i would love too.

As for the players in the BDO WDF PDC i dont think there is a lot of difference to be perfectly honest. The only exceptions are Phil Taylor, Barney and Wade. Maybe even King.

Hi Stephen

Whats your thoughts on solo practice and dart pro? The reason I ask is I periodically practice all day and also have been asked to play Dart Pro online.. I dont want to lug my laptop out to play and be distratcted by punching in numbers.

My routines are 20-40 minutes at a time on the board and after that 15 minutes of rolling my arm over with a rubber band study

trowing darts for years can you tell me as i am haveing dart problems when i have no dart in my hand i can trow no problem but when i lift the darts i can not trow the same way can you help me
