Hey folks. I've been playing darts on and off my whole life. Started playing with my dad when I was a kid, then as a young adult I gave it up for quite a few years, but at 35 I've been hitting the board hard for 2 years straight now. My goal 2 years back was to hit a 180, and it took me nearly two years to do it! After I hit my first one, I hit four more that very same week, so I now believe that darts is such a mental sport. I basically put up a blockage in my mind that prevented me from being my best.

So, stop over analyzing and just let the darts flow freely. That's my new motto. Cheers!

You are so right its all about letting ya sen flow and not step up there thinking u need to hit them if you think it you wont flow them you will..

The 1st 180 is a pain to get but after that you want another, there will be times you wont hit another for weeks but then they will come back to you..
