PostSubject: Hello from North Wales   Sun May 30, 2010 10:35 am

Hello fellow fans

My name's Dave I'm from North Wales, I'm 26. Really got into darts again in the last couple of years since getting sky sports and playing for a team.
Before that I used to love watching it as a kid, the players I grew up with were BDO players like Beaton, Burnett, Marshall James, Les Wallace, Adams etc. But now I mainly watch the PDC.
I'm not a great darts player by any means but love playing whenever I can, I have dyspraxia so I had to practice a lot to overcome that, so you could say I have a somewhat unique throwing style lol but I think practicing a lot has helped overcome any serious co-ordination problems.
I've just switched back to heavier darts and noticed my game is really improving wth them, the light darts I find can sometimes fly way off target when I only want to make a slight adjustment.
Just downloaded KP darts and I'm loving it, such a clever idea! Well done to this site for bringing it to my attention, I hope it will improve my game!

I love to chat about darts, I'm an officer of the Facebook group PDC Home of World darts, which is a great site. Any Facebookers should be sure to check it out, they have some great chats/games etc on there.
I love playing darts, in fact I'll be off to play some at my mates in a few hours. We ussualy play at his about twice a week for 5 or 6 hours a session. We like to play the usual games 501, 301 etc But also some more unusual games to make it fun - games like English Cricket and Killer games and a few I made up called Countdown and frustration, these are normally simple games that are good to play for money!

If anyone knows of any other rare games I'd love to hear about them, I like as much variety as possble.

Cheers

Dave
